I have seen significant changes in my life since I began meditating almost daily. Meditation, in my experience, starts with the ability to be fully present in the moment and to love oneself without judgment. Two things than can be very difficult.

In my classes, you will be guided through a series of gentle and mindful movements, complemented by deep breathing exercises and meditation techniques. Yoga is a powerful way to calm the mind and prepare it for regular meditation. My classes are designed to be accessible to all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi.

The Mountain Meditation
