I’m inspired by the practices of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. I also include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation. My yoga style is slow, allowing enough time to really feel the pose and develop strength and flexibility in it.

I teach mainly in English or French depending on the group. Personal adjustments can be offered in German, French, or English.
