Why joining a Mountain Therapy retreat?
It’s a unique concept and experience to disconnect from daily life. Each location is carefully selected, and I visit each place before bringing you there. I also do the hikes beforehand. I spend a lot of time finding magical spots with beautiful energy, where you can fully disconnect from daily life for a day or a weekend.
The yoga classes are tailored to all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or advanced, there will always be an option for you.
Group sizes are also limited to 8 to 12 people, making the experience exclusive and cozy. It’s also ideal for making new friends!
