Vinyasa Yoga is one of my favorite styles of yoga. I just love combining one breath with one movement. It gives me such a beautiful feeling of peace at the end of the lesson. As my teachers used to say, once you control your breath, you control your mind. The fact that each movement is linked to a breath helps you become more conscious of your breathing and, little by little, gain better control over your mind.

I mostly teach slow-paced Vinyasa. Slow isn’t necessarily easy: by staying long enough in a pose, one can really build strength and focus.
