Scope and subject of matter of the general terms and conditions

Our general terms and conditions given below apply to contractual relationships with Nastassja Schuettel, to any accomplishments and/or to all goods and services. If any regulations should get ineffective, outstanding terms and conditions will keep being valid.

The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the legal establishment. When placing any order, the purchaser declares accordance to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Deviating terms/agreements require our written agreement.

Nastassja Schuettel offers yoga classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats, and immersions. The GTC applies to all services provided by Nastassja Schuettel. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. By using one or more offers or orders, the participant agrees to the application of these GTC.

Cancellation policy for registrations

Every registration to classes (private and studio), workshops, retreats, immersions or trainings are binding.

The following terms of cancellation apply for studio and private classes, workshops, retreats, immersions and trainings.

• Studio classes, private classes or workshops: Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours before the class. After this deadline the class will be deducted from the subscription or if there is none, it will be fully charged to the participant. This doesn’t apply to the outdoor classes in the Rieterpark.

• One-day Yoga & Hike: Cancellations have to be made at least 14 days before the event takes place. If this is not the case, there will be no refund.

• Retreats, immersions (more than one day): If you cancel the event (for any personal reasons, including illness) up to 12 weeks before, you get 100% of your balance back; up to 8 weeks before, you get 50% of your balance back; up to 4 weeks before, you get 20% of your balance back, After this date- it’s non refundable. We recommend having a personal travel insurance.

• If you wish to cancel a studio class, a workshop, a one-day event or a retreat, you can send an email to info@mymountaintherapy.ch. Please include your full name, the date of the event, as well as your bank details (IBAN number, bank name and address) or your TWINT number for the refund.

• In case you paid with a credit card, the transactional fees cannot be reimbursed (around 3% + 0,30 CHF per transaction).

Payment method

Payments can be made via credits cards using the processing tool Stripe, in cash, via Twint, or through e-banking.

Copyrights

The copyrights and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to the operator of this website or to the specifically named rights holders.

For the reproduction of any files or pictures, the written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained in advance.

Anyone who commits a copyright infringement without the consent of the respective copyright holder may be liable to prosecution and possibly to damages.

Health and Insurances

1. Health Condition and Personal Responsibility
Before participating in any class, workshop, or retreat organized by Nastassja Schuettel, each participant declares that they are in good physical and mental health and capable of practicing yoga without risk to their well-being. Participants are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional beforehand if they have any doubts about their fitness to participate.

Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats offered by Nastassja Schuettel do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments and should not replace care or treatments prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Disclosure of Health Conditions
Any specific health condition (e.g., injuries, chronic illnesses, ongoing treatments, pregnancy) must be disclosed to Nastassja Schuettel prior to the first session. If a health condition arises or worsens during a class, workshop, or retreat, the participant agrees to immediately inform the organizer.

3. Insurance and Liability
Each participant takes part in yoga classes, workshops, and retreats at their own risk. Nastassja Schuettel and her representatives disclaim all liability for accidents, injuries, or material damage sustained during or in connection with participation in activities. It is the sole responsibility of participants to obtain individual insurance that covers accidents, injuries, and potential personal or material damages.

Outdoor yoga retreats include physical activities in natural environments (e.g., hiking). These activities involve inherent risks, such as slips, falls, or sudden weather changes. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate fully informed. Nastassja Schuettel cannot be held liable for incidents or accidents arising from such risks. Participants are encouraged to use their judgment and take necessary precautions, such as wearing appropriate footwear and clothing.

Swiss law is applicable. Zurich is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
