I discovered Hatha Yoga in Thailand with one of my teachers, a true magician, who was capable of making me feel as if I were flying over my mat during shavasana at the end of each session. My teacher had learned some of her secrets from nuns and monks in India, and I am deeply grateful for everything she taught me. It is this feeling of transcending your body and deep relaxation, that I am eager to share with my students.
